🛡️ The Role:
• Handle sophisticated real estate, landlord/tenant, and construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage depositions, discovery, law & motion work, litigation strategy, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Work on disputes involving lease defaults, ownership disputes, commercial evictions, construction conflicts, contract disputes, and business litigation.
⚖️ About You:
• 2 or more years of real estate litigation, landlord/tenant, construction litigation, and/or business litigation experience.
• Strong litigation foundation with experience handling substantive motions, depositions, and case strategy.
📍 Location:
Hybrid in Los Angeles.
💰 Package:
• Base salary up to $220k DOE + bonus.
